Summary
The Regent reached the Act 1 boss, Vantom, after taking an aggressive elite route and stabilizing with Meat on the Bone plus a pre-boss rest to 68/75 HP. The run died on floor 17 after Vantom's Slippery stacks, repeated status cards, and scaling Strength outlasted the deck's block density; the final turn had 13 HP against a 30-damage attack with only one playable Defend available.
Bridge findings
- UsePotion parameter error at command id 15129, screen Combat, revision 803. I sent
UsePotionwithpotionIndex=2; the bridge correctly returnedstatus=errorwithUsePotion requires numeric 'slotIndex'. I recovered by reissuing the command withslotIndex=2. This was an agent command-shape error, not an IPC failure.
Decision log highlights
- Neow choice took option 1, gaining Arcane Scroll and the rare card Heirloom Hammer.
- Bought Crescent Spear, Knockout Blow, and Potion of Binding at the Act 1 shop to strengthen the elite line.
- Took the late elite at 49/75 HP because the deck had strong potions, Meat on the Bone, and a guaranteed rest before the boss.
- Picked Child of the Stars and Quasar for star-scaling defense and Colorless generation synergy with Regalite and Heirloom Hammer.
- Rested at the final rest site instead of smithing, going from 46/75 to 68/75 before Vantom.
- Against Vantom, prioritized removing Slippery with small damage events and saved real damage for after the stacks were mostly gone.
- Played Nostalgia from Quasar for Mummified Hand synergy and repeated access to key first-play cards, but Vantom's Wounds still clogged later turns.
Notes for maintainers
The run environment exposed tools and files outside the strict trial-v0 sandbox. I did not use MemPalace, web fetch, or sub-agents, but I did read an OpenCode tool-output file from outside the repo during context reconstruction before continuing the run.
